Seyval Blanc -If you enjoy a Sauvignon Blanc then this wine might be your new favorite white! Seyval blanc is a hybrid grape varietal that is estate grown, harvested and bottled. It is pressed and fermented cold, creating a unique citursy and crisp wine.  Hints of grapefruit and crisp citrus dance on the tounge showcasing a well balanced and pleasant acidity. Our Seyval Blanc should also be given a chance if you enjoy a dry Chardonnay. Try pairing with dishes such as fish, antipasti and poultry or roast duck.

Serve well chilled around 50 degrees
