Alba -If you are looking for something off dry, this might be your new favorite white wine! Seyval blanc and Traminette are grape varietals that are estate grown, harvested, blended and bottled right here at the vineyard and winery. Pressed and fermented cold, this blend is uniquely citursy and crisp.  Passionfruit and crisp apple notes shine through, showcasing a well balanced off dry white wine with pleasant acidity. Alba should also be given a chance if you enjoy a dry Gewurztraminer. Try pairing with dishes such as fish, antipasti, grilled poultry, roast duck and braised pork.

Serve well chilled around 50 degrees
