Rosso da Tavola - This is a favorite Semi-Dry blend of Dechaunac and Vincent; 2 French hybrids. Its red berry aromas and mild acidity make this red the perfect companion to a wide variety of foods. Grilled vegetables, poultry, veal, apples, pears and a variety of cheeses such as fontina, montazio, and jalapeno cheddar pair well with this wine. Serve room temperature. (1 to 2 brix)
