Rosso Riserva –If you enjoy a bold Cabernet, give this full bodied blend of Cabernet Franc, Dechaunac and Chelois a try. The blend is aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months. With light oak tannin and heavy to medium body, this complex dry red brings forward dried plums and berries on the palate. Pairs well with red meats; leg of lamb, and rich hearty dishes.
Serve room Temperature aprox 65 degrees.
