Bianco Riserva –If you like a Chardonay aged in oak barrels you might love this single varietal wihite wine. This wine is pressed from select estate grown Sayval Blanc Grapes and aged in American oak. It rests for approximately 6 months to balance the acidity and extract cinnamon and vanilla notes from the barrel. The light oak tannin adds complexity and body, bringing forward grapefruit citrus and clove. Try with fish, roast duck, and porchetta. Excellent with Parmigiano Reggiano drizzled with balsamic and other various rich creamy cheeses.

Serve chilled around 50 degrees
