Harvest Gold – We reccomend this wine if you ejnoy a sweet Reisling. Large juicy grape clusters are harvested in our fields and wagon-ed into our winery where they are lightly pressed. The juice is slowly fermented cold which highlights the intense fruit flavors of the Niagara grape. This fruity variety lends peach and passion fruit notes with an intense grape body, and delivers a crisp finish. This wine may be compared to a Riesling or Moscato and pairs well with fruits, cheeses, pastries and desserts. It also makes a great addition to any fruit salad. Serve chilled. (4-6 brix)
