Two Hearts – If you like a barrel aged Pinot Noir then this wine is a must try. It is a single varietal dry red wine pressed from Marquette grapes. Pinot Noir is one of the primary ancestors of the Marquette grape. Aged in 3 different oak barrels (Verginian, Hungarian, Neutral American Oak) for a minimum of 12 months, this wine brings forward light oak, soft fruit and moderate acidity with a hint of spice. Pronounced tannin with notes of dried cherries, ripe plums are present in this well balanced red. Pairs well with red meats, fatty dishes and rich pastas dishes or with dark chocoalte and fruit and shapr cheese platters.
Serve room Temperature aproximatley 65 degrees.
